Another thing a lot of people tend to do is abandon quests when they get green. Unless a quest is five or more level's below you, it's probably still worth doing for the XP, and you never know, it may just lead to a higher wow gold up chain. Remember that green quests are usually very quick to get through as well as the mobs are a couple of level's below you, thus allowing you to kill quickly. And some green quests can still give 1000 xp or so, who would knock back 1000 xp?
